Ken Bennett Considering Whether to Step Down as Senate Liaison to the AZ Audit | James T. Harris Show
Ken Bennett joined the James T. Harris show this morning to discuss the recent audit drama reports by the lamestream propaganda press. Ken is considering whether to step down as Senate Liaison or shift gears to oversee another portion of the audit, such as reviewing the signatures on the 1.9M envelopes and analyzing the ballot tabulation images.
In the interview, Ken noted his dissatisfaction about being kept in the dark about certain aspects of the audit and made some injudicious critical comments about audit procedures that could potentially undermine acceptance of the audit results.
Ken also apologized for sharing (without authorization) some unverified “box counts” with a third party data analysis group that subsequently leaked the news to the propaganda press. According to sources close to the audit, Ken may have violated his agreement with the Senate when he forwarded this information.
Senate President Karen Fann is currently working with Ken about how to best move forward together.

Ken Bennett Has Confidence the Audit Will Produce a Solid Final Product | Mike Broomhead Show
AZ Senate Liaison Ken Bennett joined the Mike Broomhead Show to review his concerns, explain recent actions that resulted in temporary revocation of his audit access, and express his confidence in the audit’s final product.
The third recount is about 3/4 of the way through, by Ken’s estimate, and “is going very well.” Ken acknowledged that a third ballot count suggests that the audit’s numbers are substantially different from those reported by Maricopa County. However, he reemphasized his apprehension about the “thousands” of duplicate ballots without serial numbers and the lack of communication with him regarding the reconciliation process. Kelli Ward has estimated there are approximately 27K duplicate ballots.
A third-party “certified in election systems” approached Ken with analysis he thought could be helpful in navigating the “hundreds of clerical errors by Maricopa County.” In the course of their interaction, he regrettably shared some off-hand box count information with them. Unfortunately, the group ran to the lamestream press and inaccurately stated that Ken had confirmed their pro-Maricopa County ballot count methodology, which led to the audit access conflict on Friday.
Broomhead concludes by asking Ken about his confidence in the audit: “There are lots of good things happening under the direction of the Cyber Ninjas and their subcontractors — and there are lots of quality volunteers working their heart out to get this right. Do I have confidence that we can get a final product that is good? Yes!”

Dominion Responds to AZ Senate Subpoena with Derision
A Dominion spokeswoman provided this response Tuesday, similar to one released in May:
“Releasing Dominion’s intellectual property to an unaccredited, biased, and plainly unreliable actor such as Cyber Ninjas would be reckless, causing irreparable damage to the commercial interests of the company and the election security interests of the country. No company should be compelled to participate in such an irresponsible act.”

Senate President Karen Fann Issues Statement on AZ Audit
Via @AZInformer🙏
In the release, Senator Fann reaffirms that the audit’s ballot count does not match the total certified by Maricopa County: “Since Maricopa County has been less than cooperative, a question came up a few weeks ago about what happens if the audit numbers don’t match with Maricopa County’s numbers? Our attorney suggested the Senate perform an independent counting of each ballot paper prior to the ballots being returned. This has been accomplished…”
She also states that “Ken Bennett will be involved and a vital part of the draft and final reports to ensure their accuracy with his knowledge and contributions throughout the audit process."

“The Arizona Senate is asking for documents from Katie Hobbs, Arizona’s Democratic secretary of state, related to the GOP-led chamber’s audit of the 2020 election in Maricopa County.
Senate President Karen Fann sent a public records request for communications in which Hobbs, a critic of the audit, discussed the partisan review and relevant litigation. However, the rationale behind the demand is unclear.
‘I can’t disclose what we’re looking for at this time,’ Fann told Capitol Media Services.”

AZ Audit Roller Coaster🎢 Continues: Ken Bennett Announces He IS Stepping Down as Senate Liaison
Ken Bennett tells James Harris on KFYI that he’s stepping down today [7/28] as Arizona Senate GOP audit liaison.
Bennett said he was “surprised” by Senate President Karen Fann’s news release Tuesday describing his role: “Being locked out makes it impossible for me to be a true liaison. I cannot put rubber stamp on a product” [that I haven’t been part of].
TO BE CLEAR Ken Bennett says he still supports audit & new subpoenas issue[d] by Senate. He has problems with Cyber Ninjas’ lack of transparency.
