“Shockwave”

On August 10-12, Mr Lindell is publicly releasing 34 Tb of PCAPs for over 3,000 counties in the US. Cyber experts from around the globe will be converging in Sioux Falls, SD to help translate them into useful information for the general public.

It is going to cause a shockwave across the country.

Essentially, PCAPs are recordings of chunks of internet traffic. Each PCAP contains immutable routing and timestamp information in addition to the content (data, code, and information).

Counties are typically divided up into dozens of precincts. The PCAPs were recorded before, during, and after the November 2020 election by white-hat hackers, and they were delivered to Mr Lindell on January 9th.

You don’t even necessarily need to understand what the information is... the fact that someone was successfully communicating with the election machines during the election is in itself alarming... and illegal…

“Why the delay?”

People are asking why Mr Lindell doesn’t just release the 34 Tb of PCAPs to the public immediately.

There are lots of good reasons. Here are some.

1) Only people with proper skills and training will know how to interpret the PCAPs. The information is volatile, so we want to make sure the job is done right.

2) There is a lot of collaboration and coordination that will be required, learning together, tabulating results, etc.

3) We are establishing quality controls and cross-checking strategies so that we can be confident that the final results are accurate.

4) We are predistributing samples to symposium registrants to qualify them for participation.

5) There are many logistical and security issues to consider. Lots of planning has been taking place, including identification of a suitable venue and reservation of a thousand hotel rooms.

6) There are several legal and chain of custody issues that are in play.

7) As the data are emerging, we may learn things that require careful treatment.

I have also been anxious to release these data sooner rather than later. But I see the wisdom in doing the release carefully and systematically. An immense amount of legal work and planning has gone into this over several months. I respect the people involved, and every time I ask these sorts of questions of them, their answers make sense and reveal the product of a great deal of careful thought and planning.

I know, it is tough to be patient. I’ve been privy to a few of the details along the way, and I have shared them as I am able. For example, the number of counties has recently increased to over 3,000. Based upon what I’ve already seen, we know that EVERY state has been hacked and tracked.

There are people already working on them, and some of that work has already been featured in the documovies “Absolute Proof,” “Absolute Interference,” and “Absolutely 9-0.”

Blake Masters, Longtime Peter Thiel Ally, Files to Run for U.S. Senate in Arizona

Blake Masters, an ally of billionaire entrepreneur and investor Peter Thiel, filed papers Friday to challenge Democratic U.S. Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona.

Masters joins a crowded field of Republicans looking to take on Kelly in one of the top-tier Senate races of 2022, which will help determine which party controls the upper chamber of Congress.

Masters has worked with Thiel for years and is currently the chief operating officer of Thiel Capital and president of the Thiel Foundation, according to his Twitter bio and LinkedIn profile. Together they wrote “Zero to One: Notes on Startups, or How to Build the Future,” published in 2014.

The other Republicans who have announced Senate bids are Attorney General Mark Brnovich, businessman Jim Lamon and retired Maj. Gen. Michael McGuire, the former head of the Arizona National Guard.

Five Voting-Related Ballot Proposals Seek to Make Arizona 2022 Ballot | AZ Sun Times

Five ballot proposals addressing voting may be on this fall’s ballot if their sponsors collect enough signatures. Three of them, known as referendums, seek to stop legislation from becoming law, requiring 118,823 signatures each. The other ballot initiatives need 237,645 signatures each. Even if all the signatures are collected, a successful legal challenge could keep them off the ballot.

The Arizona Spartan Amendment seeks to require voter identification for in-person voting and requires all ballots to be hand counted instead of by machine. It limits mail-in voting to absentee ballots.

The Voters’ Right to Know Act states that it combats “dark money.” Chaired by Democrat former Arizona Attorney General and Phoenix Mayor Terry Goddard, it requires anyone spending more than $50,000 on statewide campaigns or over $25,000 on other campaigns to disclose the source of contributions over $5,000.

An organization named Arizona Deserves Better filed paperwork for three voter referendums. The first aims to send SB 1485 to the ballot, with the hope that voters reject it. SB 1485 cleans up the Permanent Early Voting List. Voters who don’t vote very often would be sent notices by the government requiring them to respond in order to remain on the list.

The second citizens’ referendum similarly sends HB 2569 to the ballot. That new law prohibits election officials from receiving private grants to help them run elections or register voters. This became a controversial issue after it came out that Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg provided $350 million for this kind of work, which “strategically targeted voters and waged a voter assistance campaign aimed at poor and minority residents,” according to former CBS journalist Sharyl Attkisson. Zuckerberg donated the money to the Center for Tech and Civic Life, which then gave the money to numerous cities. In exchange, the election officials agreed to conduct their elections according to conditions set out by the CTCL. The CTCL is led by former members of the New Organizing Institute, a training center for progressive groups and Democratic campaigns.

The third citizens’ referendum sends parts of SB 1819 to the ballot; specifically, sections 4, 5, 21, 25, and 33. SB 1819 contains 10 measures to combat ballot fraud, including transferring the power to defend the state’s election laws from the secretary of state to the state attorney general. It allows the attorney general to intervene during any part of a legal proceeding regarding state election laws. Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich was forced to defend Arizona’s election laws when Democratic Secretary of State Katie Hobbs refused to. Brnovich took the case all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court and won, as the high court ruled last month in Brnovich v. DNC that Arizona may require citizens to vote within their precincts and ban ballot harvesting.

And finally, another part of SB 1819 the referendum refers to the ballot is the establishment of a Joint Task Force to investigate unfair practices by Big Tech toward political candidates, and to take action against that behavior as unlawful political contributions.

AZ Audit Update: High-Speed Machines Brought in to Double Check Ballot Count — Expected to Finish by End of the Week — Final Report One Month Later | TGP

As we reported last week, the audit team is double and triple checking their ballot count. The Gateway Pundit reports that “they are using machines that will automatically count the ballots 600 at a time without error.

This process does not tally votes. It only counts the number of ballots.”

In an interview with Jordan Conradson on Friday, audit spokesman Randy Pullen said, “I think we’ll be done by the end of next week.”

Ballot boxes will then be delivered to the County Treasurer as prescribed by AZ law. This statute, 16-626(A), was ignored by the Maricopa County Supervisors who refused to hand over the ballots in the months following the 11/3 election.

According to The Gateway Pundit, “the Senate will retain possession of the 385 tabulation machines until the county fulfills the subpoenas” for routers, passwords, hardware tokens, and Splunk logs, which were issued 6 months ago.

Yesterday, Jordan Conradson interviewed Senator Borrelli about the County’s noncompliance.

Conradson: When can we expect either the County to comply with the subpoenas or the subpoenas to be enforced?

Borrelli: That’s a good question. You know we’re still pushing on them. They keep saying that they’re not going to comply no matter what. But there are other tools in the toolbox that we’re examining after [the audit team is] done finishing up.

AZ State Rep. Mark Finchem Explains Why Audit Team is Conducting a Recount

Why the Multiple Counts of Maricopa County Ballots Probably Will Not Match | Fake News

@WendyRogersAZ: “Oh look. The #FakeNews is already trying to prepare the public for different counts.”

Propaganda Press: “White said that the county's count should be trusted. He has helped audit elections in Arizona and other states for more than a decade and has spent the past month conducting his own analysis of the county's 2020 election using election data including the record of votes cast. 

His team's analysis verified in a few ways that it was accurate, he said. One way was by comparing the county's ballot count to the voter registration data to see the number of voters who voted. That matched up almost perfectly, he said…

Another way his team verified the county's ballot count, he said, was by examining the summary reports that county election workers fill out as they tabulate ballots, and comparing those to the official results by batch and box. Those numbers all matched, he said.”

Of course, White’s biased “analysis” does not factor in ghost voters — illegal ballots from registered voters who moved to another state, did not actually vote, voted but the vote was not counted correctly, did not realize they were registered, do not exist, who are deceased, etc. Phantom voting is aided by inflated registration rolls. Coincidentally, Maricopa County’s registration database was hacked on 11/3.

White’s examination also does not take into account any possible tampering by the County after the election. Instead of transferring the ballots to the County Treasurer as mandated by statute 16-626(A), the County illegally held the ballots for 5.5 months after the election. Observers found shredded 2020 ballots in the trash outside the MCTEC storage warehouse and the audit team found ballot bags with seals broken.
