Fulton County, GA attorneys have filed a motion to dismiss the case of Garland Favorito of VoterGA.org against the county which has resulted in a judge’s order to unseal mail-in ballots and a scan at 600 dpi to commence this weekend.

The county has also moved to stop discovery in the case.

New Arizona Audit Details - John Brakey Calls Out Maricopa County for “Sabotaging the Audit Anyway They Can” | Scottsdale Studios

Democrat AZ audit liaison, John Brakey, revealed that Maricopa County just released the ballot images and CVRs (cast vote records). “The CVRs have the batch reports which are very important for counting,” Brakey explained.

In GA, Garland Favorito’s team found there was a 21% discrepancy between the ballot images and the certified results. Why did the Maricopa County Supervisors take a month to release the images?

“We’re going to have a third audit and it’s going to be a ballot image audit — we’re going to check everything,” Brakey assured. He also confirmed that they will check for any evidence of a fractional voting system.

Arizona Bans Mass Mailing of Ballots

The AZ state Legislature just passed a bill criminalizing the mass mailing of ballots by election officials.

Rep Jake Hoffman: “What HB2792 does is it bans mass mailing of early ballots to voters who didn’t request them, and importantly, it adds a class 5 felony for doing so. Because if a County Recorder or election official decides to go rogue and mass mail ballots in willful violation of the law, there should be a stiff penalty.”

Government Spending:

▪️While the private sector cannot afford to give 11% raises to their employees, it's a slap in the face to expect the taxpayers to fund such raises to the government sector

▪️Government should not be funding horse racing

▪️It is a complete slap in the face that HB2700 gives outrageous raises to politicians. We expect the budget to correct this irresponsible spending.

Medical Freedom:

▪️The budget should not be providing any incentives for infringing on the medical freedom of Arizonans

Update on America’s Audit: More Than 800K Ballots Counted and Inspected — Audit Director Says, “They’re Trying to Prevent Us from Doing the Audit”

Ken Bennett and Randy Pullen join TGP’s Jordan Conradson for a Thursday audit update.

Bennett: I think we’re at over 800,000 ballots counted and things are running very smoothly. We’ve had some of the highest number of counting tables since the audit began, yesterday afternoon, 33 — and 37 new people are being trained today. Over 300 new workers and volunteers were trained last week. The pace is starting to ramp up but the speed is not our goal, accuracy is our number one goal.

Conradson: So, what’s going on with these deleted databases? Are we ever going to find out who did it?

Bennett: Well we don’t know that it was inadvertent or intentional. We never tried to imply one or the other but the contractor that was looking at that data does have a confirmation that some directories were deleted on April 12th. And computers keep track of when you add things and when you delete things.  So that there’s a record of those being deleted but also happens in computers when you delete something it goes to a temporary file and they were able to recover it. If Maricopa County wants to see the data that proves that it was deleted, our contractor would be happy to share that.

Bennett: As a business that has been audited and as an auditor, when somebody doesn’t want you to audit something, that’s probably the biggest sign that something needs to be audited.

Here are some of my takeaways from the tour of the audit yesterday:

Increase in capacity:
✅From 17 to 32 paper inspection tables using microscopic cameras
✅From 20 to 44 counting tables (yellow, green, blue)
✅From 4 to 12 aggregation tables

The pace is picking up daily
More audit forensics are done each day

Notes about ballot paper
Theoretically, mail-in ballots should all be of the same type, composition, and fiber with little to no variance. So if variances ARE seen, there should be an explanation, if there is no explanation, then that is a gap.

703 precincts were condensed down to 175 precincts. Every precinct has different ballots. Thus, if your ballot was "printed on demand", then the paper in those situations could legitimately vary... but the paper should not vary for mail-in ballots.

We now have the deleted databases folder:
1. Despite news accounts, it really WAS deleted.

2. It was CyFIR who discovered this and they are none other than the firm who discovered the June 2015 US Gov't Office of Personnel Management (OPM) breach where SF86 forms used for Top Secret security clearances were compromised. The bad guys had been infiltrated into OPM for three years.

3. Sample scenario: Ballot box's pink slip says 200 ballots contained in the box. Really only 99 physical ballots are actually IN the box. There should be TWO cross-references to verify this. The Dominion machine would have a batch number corresponding to that grouping of ballots AND Dominion should have the scanned imagery to similarly correlate to those ballots. Where are the remaining 101 ballots? Are they imaged in Dominion? Is their batch number tallied in Dominion?

Constituent questions:
1️⃣Will the AZ Audit be enough?
Yes, because it will inform legislation necessary to plug the gaps to restore the public's confidence.

2️⃣What has been the media's role?
The media have served to fragment and erode our confidence.

3️⃣Will it be provable?
Contrary to her claims, Secretary Hobbs' concern of contamination of the tabulator machines is completely baseless. CyFIR's standard operating procedures for data collection are Read Only capabilities such that nothing can be altered. Everything is also provably videoed. Dominion itself declined the invitation to observe the AZ Audit.

4️⃣Will the AZ Audit's results be legally actionable?
Potentially, yes. Indeed, intent versus accidental sloppiness is determinable.

➡️Bottom Line: The left redefines "evidence" to be proof. The way it really goes is you have enough evidence to proceed with investigation and discovery. Then you determine the conclusion based upon proof. Example: You go outside and the ground is wet. Was it due to rain? Was it your neighbor's sprinklers? Was it morning dew? One needs more information for proof. If the courts and media stop you, then you will never discover the proof to know the truth.

Summary from Cyber Ninjas CEO:
1. This has never been done before.
2. It's really important for our democracy to be transparent
3. Unfortunately, technology has gotten in the way rather than helping.
4. Where will we be if voters think their votes don't matter anymore?
5. We have a solid AZ Audit team that is ready and capable to get it done.

7. Can't wait till it's over so that the participants can talk all they want about what they've seen!
8. Physical data collection completed by the end of June. The report will follow sometime later.

Feedback from a floor volunteer who is a retired USAF pilot
1. Chain of custody procedures are as precise and flawless as Strategic Air Command's. Signing off of authenticators' "secrets" was not as stringent as the AZ Audit! Going to the bathroom for 10 minutes requires a sign-off.

2. Laughable that the AZ Secretary of State said her machines were compromised when she initially said they were unhackable.

Arizona State Senate can’t find agreement on the budget, joins the House in recess | ABC 15

Senate Democrats are unanimous in their opposition to the budget, so Republicans need every member to vote for the proposal.

Going into Thursday’s floor session, they were not close to reaching that goal.

State Senator Kelly Townsend (R) East Mesa District 16, is a no vote until the Senate votes on her election bill, which is still in the House.

Senator Michelle Ugenti-Rita is no vote because the budget is too large for her liking.

Both the Senate and the House are in recess until June 10, but the date can be moved up if Republican leaders believe they have the votes to pass the budget.
