Who Adjudicated the 235K Ballots in Maricopa County❓🗳
The adjudication process determines the intent of the voter. The Coffee County, GA election supervisor demonstrated that Dominion’s adjudication function allows the supervisor to vote the ballot at their discretion, including overriding votes or voting blank ballots.
Normal adjudication rates are typically less than 2%. Maricopa County had an error rate of more than 11% or approximately 235K ballots.
According to the Dominion contract (p. 18), Maricopa County ordered 20 adjudication terminals. Who was manning these 20 terminals? Were bipartisan observers present?
The contract also claims that the adjudications are traceable (p. 26): “After a ballot is adjudicated, the ballot image is appended with a record of that decision including the user’s name, action taken by the user, and date and time of the action.” Adjudication files were among those found to have been deleted. Fortunately, they were recovered.

AZ State Rep Jake Hoffman spoke with Just the News about the Arizona audit.
The good news is that despite the “war” with Maricopa County, the audit is continuing as planned — “all the things that were originally planned are still happening.” [We hope this includes canvassing!]
The bad news is that finishing the hand-count, ballot forensics, equipment analysis, and preparing the public report is likely to take longer than originally estimated. Full results are now expected to be released sometime between August and October.
Our forecast for an end-of-June audit completion date and end-of-July results release date hinged on full 46-table counting capacity. However, as of today, only 28 tables were working. The audit team is also encountering more hurdles in the form of obstruction, withheld evidence, and missing ballots, IDs, documentation, etc.

On Tuesday morning, the Arizona House Appropriations Committee stripped Secretary of State Katie Hobbs of her ability to defend election lawsuits. It gave the power exclusively to the Attorney General.
Later in the day, the state's Senate Appropriations Committee passed the same changes. Now these proposed changes are part of the full budget proposal that will be voted on later this week.
The provision restricting the Secretary of State ends on January 2, 2023, when a new Secretary of State is in office.

On Monday, the cowardly school board of Scottsdale Unified School District chickened out of their scheduled in-person meeting. So concerned parents held their own assembly and press briefing outside of Coronado High School.
Amy Carney led the charge and spoke on behalf of Scottsdale’s parents:
“You should know that parents across the state of Arizona have been meeting. This past week, we’ve been hosting meetings in our homes to organize a parent-led movement to reclaim our Arizona schools. Parents are uniting together to create support teams in every region of the state to create a system of support for each other. Parents have been speaking out at board meetings but we’re being lied to, ignored, and even harassed. Myself harassed by the Scottsdale Board President on social media.
We the Arizona Parent Coalition officially launched on Wednesday, a campaign to actively recruit, train, and support parents to run for our school boards.
Parents know their children best and we need more parents on our school board that will respect and protect our parental rights all while offering our children a quality education without tainted political bias. Together we parents are a strong voice and we must unite to reclaim our schools by replacing unresponsive school board members one seat at a time.”

Because he, "filed a Motion to Intervene with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of the State of Arizona in the Democratic National Committee lawsuit challenging Arizona’s ban on ballot harvesting and statutes regulating out-of-precinct voting.
Attorney General Brnovich is moving to intervene on this matter on behalf of the State because defendant Secretary of State Hobbs has announced that she does not support an appeal." The AG's office is not Katie Hobbs' personal law firm, the AG is there to protect the interests of the State of Arizona.
