Breaking Report: Biden DOJ Poised to ‘Get Involved’ in Arizona Election Audit
According to Garrett Archer at ABC15 in Phoenix, Arizona, the Biden Department of Justice is going to “get involved in some capacity” with the ongoing forensic audit.
Garrett further stated that “the DOJ Civil Rights Division has sent a letter to Senator Fann raising concerns over how the AZ Audit is being conducted.
1. Election assets are not under the control of election officials.
2. Reports of door to door canvassing.”

GOP Chair Kelli Ward AZ Audit Update
The original ambitious target audit completion date of May 14th will not be met. Kelli expects the audit to take a 3 - 4 day pause starting 5/14 and then pickup again after the graduation ceremonies at the Coliseum.
According to a heavily-biased AZ Mirror article, Ken Bennett estimates that approximately 200K ballots have been counted as of Wednesday. If true, and assuming they are able to double the counting stations, that would put their new target completion date near the end of June (our estimate).
Kelli notes that today’s settlement agreement had a revealing clause on signature verification. It requires the audit to acknowledge that it is not currently comparing early ballot envelope signatures with those in the voter registration files — and to agree that it will not begin signature verification without first giving the Plaintiffs 48 hours notice. Clearly we’ve identified a potential fraud hive. Kelli’s team was able to examine 100 signatures after the election and found that up to 11% of the signatures in that tiny sample were likely invalid.

New Hampshire Audit UPDATE | Selectman McLeod: "You are irrelevant."
Touching interview with NH hero Marylyn Todd.
Watch:🔗 The Professor’s Record
The third NH auditor has been chosen — UC Berkeley’s Dr. Philip Stark. Bad news: he was a former board member of Soros-affiliated Verified Voting, whose co-founder Mark Lindeman openly opposed the Maricopa audit; and, Stark is the creator of the much-abused risk-limiting audit, which is designed to recount rather than detect fraud. Interesting news: he resigned from Verified Voting’s board in strong protest in December 2019, citing serious ethical concerns about VV’s methods.
❗️Windham, NH needs our help:
1) Do you know any patriotic constitutional NH attorneys? Email Marylyn at: [email protected]
2) Help fund Windham’s fight to get a legitimate forensic audit and expose the fraud. Every $5 helps!

We have just learned that he county supervisors did not have the password to the machines, just Dominion. Was that in the contract? Another reason to not Sine Die so we can fix that legislatively.

Asked what he wasn't able to do to evaluate the voting machines because they are missing certain passwords, he said they would not be able to gain administrative access that they believe that would allow them to run batch reports on ballots.
On batch reports...
Batch reports a way that the auditors could break down the ballots by groups as they count, to compare to the county's count.
Without them, they can only compare the final totals.

OAN Reviews Impotent Letter From DOJ Trying To Stop Ariz. Audit
The United States Constitution grants the power to oversee elections exclusively to state legislatures, meaning the federal government has no authority to interfere in the audit. The letter was fairly benign and only cited media reports as evidence.
The main issues raised were with regard to voting rights, especially for minority voters, and the security of the facility, both of which have been easily addressed by the Senate. In fact, the letter did not include a single piece of factual evidence on which the DOJ could base their concerns.

Bennett responds to the two concerns in the DOJ letter:
1. On lack of ballot security, "That is completely unfounded." There has been 24/7 security and video surveillance, the building is secure.
"Nobody is in the building that shouldn't be in the building."
2. On potential voter intimidation, he said "If I have anything to do with it, there won't be any voter intimidation."
I asked if he would have something to do with it. "I hope so." Not going door to door, but he find out what plan is. "I haven't seen that part of the audit."

It is a tool being used by enemies of transparent democracy to pursue a narrative undermining the most comprehensive election audit in American history."
Cyber Ninjas goes onto say that signature verification was “never in the scope of the audit in the first place, and would not have been done. “

Senate President Karen Fann diplomatically manages Arizona Horizon’s Blue Anon Ted Simmons
Fann describes being threatened daily with lawsuits and four letter words. “They do not want this audit,” Fann says. “They talk about conspiracy theories… well, there is almost a reverse conspiracy theory now to demean this audit.”
Responding to the Dem’s crutch claim that the Board of Supervisors already conducted audits and found no irregularities, Fann explains that the Maricopa BOS only looked at 2%! of the ballots. Furthermore, they did not choose forensic auditors, they chose 2 firms (Pro V&V and SLI) that are only authorized to certify machines — and Pro V&V certified the machines to begin with.
The people have a right to feel confident in their elections. “If we don’t do it, who will?” Fann asked Simmons.
