Enough is enough.

The latest word is that the Maricopa Board of Supervisors refuse to let the audit take place on the premises where the ballots are currently located. They claim the subpoena does not state that the audit will take place at their premises. What a bunch of lying feckless weasels.

First, the taxpayers own the building. Second, the audit is funded by the taxpayers. Third, doing the audit at the present location protects the chain of custody. Fourth, removing the ballots offsite gives the board plausible deniability in the event ballots have gone missing. They can conveniently say, "well, they were all here. I don't know why you don't have all of them." Fifth, it is customary practice when fighting over disclosure and subpoenaed items to make said item available a their physical location when it is impracticable to do otherwise.

AZ legislators——get the presiding judge on the phone now. Get the matter on the record now. Demand access pursuant to the court's order now. Ask the judge to hold the BOS in contempt if they do not open the doors now. AZ legislators, get the judge to exercise control over the Maricopa BOS. This is an embarrassment to the court, to yourselves, and most importantly to your constituents.

TAKE ACTION NOW!!! You are wielding our power so do so with some tenacity. GOD is on out side and if GOD is for us who can be against us. You do not have the right to bend the knee and cower to the deep state and NWO. You have 80 million+ American Patriots on your side! YOU chose to fight for us. FIGHT! YOU stand between righteousness and fraud. SO STAND. YOU asked us to vote you in so that you could make a difference. SO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

DePerno Discovery: Modem Chips Embedded in Voting System Computer Motherboards

While all of the attention has been focused upon manipulation of election results via software, there has been very little attention paid to hardware. Malware can be embedded in hardware as well as software. That’s why the following discovery unearthed by Attorney Matt DePerno during his investigation into Antrim County election fraud is so important.

What was discovered?

ES&S DS200 voting machine was found to have a Telit LE910-SV1 Modem Chip installed on its motherboard

Chip utilized a commercial Verizon SIM card with an Access Point Name (APN) configuration specific to the ES&S DS200 provisioning.

Why is this important?

• ES&S equipment is used in eight Michigan counties: Alcona, Bay, Emmet, Grand Traverse, Kalamazoo, Macomb, Mason, Roscommon

• It demonstrates that computers can be connected to internet without any discernable ethernet or external modem connection

• It demonstrates that Dominion Voting Systems are not the only electronic voting system with security vulnerabilities

• It is very difficult to detect unless you pry open the machine case to investigate the hardware

• It drives the imperative for disciplined hardware certification as well as software certification

Arizona Audit Update from Gail Golec and Liz Harris
 
Venue change for the audit
 
An hour-long video from Gail Golec and Liz Harris revealed that the AZ Senate is currently opting to move the ballots from the Maricopa County Tabulation & Election Center (MTEC) to conduct the ballot portion of the audit at a secure, multi-camera-monitored venue (likely the Veteran’s Coliseum).
 
Is a venue change the best course of action for the 2.1M ballots audit?  Ideally, no, but with less than a month to go before AZ law permits the destruction of the irregular ballots, we may no longer have the luxury of that consideration. There are legitimate arguments for getting these ballots out of the hands of the BOS, who, according to Rep Finchem and Senator Borrelli, have already destroyed equipment evidence. The ballots may be all we have, so -- the question is -- do we really want them at the BOS’ MTEC when the penalty for destruction of evidence is a misdemeanor?
 
Moving the ballots risks chain of custody breaches that would offer the BOS plausible deniability.  But the truth is that chain of custody has already been broken – twice.  First with the fake BOS audit and second when the ballots were loaded onto a truck.  Michael Doudna of NBC12 has submitted FOIA requests to County Recorder Stephen Richer asking for full chain of custody details about the ballot delivery sham (who opened the vault? who loaded the truck? under what observation? when were they returned?, etc).  According to Doudna, Richer has not responded to the request. Has the Senate asked for this critical information from the County Recorder?

Poor legal representation?
 
The corrupt BOS has obstructed our efforts ad nauseum, time is running out, AND the Senate attorney may be a bad actor. Whether through carelessness or intent, Senate attorney Kory Langhofer (statecraftlaw.com) messed up the Senate subpoena when he specified a Senate delivery address -- for an audit meant to be held at MTEC.  He further included electronic equipment that should not be moved in the list of items to be delivered. Lastly, he has advised the Senate against fighting the BOS, cautioning that “we don’t want to open this up to the courts.”  Sidney Powell, on the other hand, has counseled that all that’s necessary for resolution is a call to the judge for subpoena clarification. Has the Senate even reached out to the judge?  It appears not.  Gail asserts that the senators are “afraid of the judges.”
 
Two audits?
 
Gail states that there are “2 audits” (minute 48:00) -- an offsite ballot audit and a separate equipment audit hopefully held at the MTEC facility.  Given our time constraints, a negligible penalty for BOS evidence destruction, a “reluctant judge” (according to Susan Settenbrino), and the potential for a complicit Senate attorney, bifurcating the audit may be the most expedient option. 

While the BOS has said it will not work with Cyber Ninjas or any Senate vendors and has denied Cyber Ninjas a list of requests, Gail argues that if all of the subpoena-specified election-related equipment were to be relocated, it would take down the BOS’ entire network, including their internet access. Furthermore the January Senate subpoena states that the Senate has full “access or control of ALL routers, tabulators or combinations thereof, used in connection with the administration of the 2020 election, and the public IP of the router.”

What can you do?
➡️Keep the pressure on the BOS. Let them know that the MTEC building belongs to the taxpayers and we will not tolerate their continued obstruction of a legitimate forensic audit (🔗link to BOS emails). What’s left of the election equipment should be audited on-site.
