Airdrop to long term holders was concluded this weekend.
This last couple of days have been completely devastated for the industry. But we will recover.
Blockchain, crypto, web3 e Metaverse are here to stay, we strongly believe on that.
In the name of Arcade Network we apologize for the lack of communication in the past couple of weeks 🙏
We want to adress the issues we faced that conduct us to this silence:
1 - We lost some team members which were needed to develop our products.
2 - We reviewed all the strategy and direction of the product and we come up with the conclusion that we needed to restart and building the business and marketing strategy from scratch to come back stronger and deliver something concrete instead of promises. This is not something that can be done in 1/2 weeks. It requires time, effort, deep research and a lot of brainstorming.
3 - Current market conditions and episodes in the industry is something concerning. We believe this can create opportunities in the near future, but at the moment is something that requires caution. All the industry was impacted and people are skeptical with the industry which lead us to understand that this is not a good time to market (repeating… can become an opportunity in a couple of months).
Solutions we found:
We only found one solution. Building behind scenes. We are solving the team members problem and we already made some progress there.
But the point is, we need to take advantage of this tuff time and BUILD. CREATE VALUE. CREATE SOMETHING PEOPLE USE.
We know most of you are early supporters and token investors. We are grateful for your support ❤️ However we strongly believe this is not a time to care about the token performance but instead is time to focus on the development of ARC exchange station, ARC verse and pushing forward the adoption of ARC bridge. To make our platform available for users.
This will bring an utility to our token, as it will be the fuel of our platform.
This will make our token grow organically and sustain in the long run.
This is the time to BUILD. Industry will recover for sure. When the recovery starts we want to have some value to show. Instead of a token and promises.
That is why we will remain quiet and building behind scenes.
New team, new vision wasn’t just to create some hope. It is real.
We are already preparing 2023, as it remains less than 2 months till the EOY.

We hope you’re doing great, and to make you all feel better, we have news that is going to open various avenues for the whole team of Arcade Network. So let’s see what we have for you:

We are currently in the development phase of ARCVerse and ARC NFT exchange station. These two products can bring a user base to our platform, which can push forward the adoption of the ARC bridge and provide real utility to our token, making it the fuel for the platform. We will also be releasing a new and updated website, whitepaper, and roadmap alongside the products.
In addition to this, we want to share other news with you as well.

We are going for a delisting of $ARC token from the MEXC exchange. However, it’s not an issue raising concerns as the team is planning to relist our tokens on tier-1 exchanges in 2023, which incubates projects and doesn’t look only at numbers. We want to focus on attracting real users (besides investors) for our platform and creating value. We strongly believe this will bring long-term value to the $ARC token and demand from good exchanges to list it. The team is looking at this as an opportunity to put all our efforts into the development of products and saving efforts on maintaining sufficient liquidity on MEXC. The users wondering about their tokens getting stuck don’t need to worry, as this strategic move will push the users onto the PancakeSwap exchange, increasing liquidity and demand at the given platform.

We know you have supported us through thick and thin, and we hope to have it this time as well. We will get back stronger and better, making you all proud and happy for trusting us.

What is the progress on Arcade Network? Here you have a summary of what we are doing and the stage of development:

- Development of a new website (website structure completed; content almost completed; Still testing domain till strategic release)

- Development of a feasible roadmap (roadmap completed, just ensuring that we can deliver everything before releasing alongside with the website and first product for users).

- Development of a new whitepaper (Whitepaper structure completed; Whitepaper content almost finished; Whitepaper design in progress)

- Development of a new Pitch deck for fund raising in 2023 (on progress, not our main priority for now)

- Development of ARC NFT exchange station (on final phase of development; tests already started)

- ARC Bridge Completed (looking for sales gems HR to push forward the integrations and adoption of this product from metaverse platforms - onboarding new members for sales and marketing)

- ARCVerse (on progress, still in the beginning, not a top priority as well)


Issues that we faced:

- ARC NFT exchange Station (Some technical issues appeared and delayed the progress, they were identified and are already being solved by the tech team)

- ARC Bridge (Market conditions, other priorities and lack of users are creating a barrier for the integration of metaverse platforms. Solution is keep pushing the adoption forward, patience till a new metaverse trend and overall industry recover - strategies for that defined.)


Next steps - for 2023:

- Define good time to market.

- Release Whitepaper first.

- Release new website alongside new roadmap and application available with ARC NFT Marketplace + exchange Station.

3 major things we want to update:

- The development continues. More periodic updates will be displayed here in our telegram community like the last one (we are planing another one next week as some progress has been achieved).

- Our 2 ambassadors of community are an official extension of the team. They are in direct contact with the team and they have the role to manage the community. Any enquirer you should forward to them.

- We are sorry for the people who have lost money with their investment on ARC token, as you should understand, team can’t control the price of token. The last big drop was very likely influenced by Mexc ST message which plays against ARC token on their platform, that is why we are planing to delist asap and put all the liquidity in pancake swap. From there we will look for other exchanges who want to stimulate and grow the industry by helping projects to rise.

Conclusion: For Supporters and holders a huge thank you. We ensure team is here building and pushing forward the development (now more than ever).
For people who come periodically to create FUD and don’t read announcements from the team explaining why (strategically) there is no communication on Twitter, this is a warning and you may be banned in case of extreme FUD. We want a healthy community.
We told many times this is a time to build and we are not concerned in grabbing new investors for our token without concrete value integrated (which means product released and real users).

Note: If team was about to leaving the project we wouldn’t be here updating and we could continue communicating on Twitter btw and simple leave. People who doesn’t believe, the exit door is opened. People who keep believing and supporting we will put our blood to compensate you because that is what people with values do (companies are made of people).
Let’s think instead of throwing unnecessary FUD without any brain behind.
We are collecting content and building behind scenes to get back to communication on socials with concrete things that may push the project up, instead of communicate things just for communication. Also we want to move fast and don’t run out of content, that is why our strategy is collecting content, instead of display any immediate update and then run out of communication content again. That is acting desperate which leads to lack of impact.
AGAIN, WE ARE NOT FOCUSED ON NEW SPECULATORS, BUT CREATING REAL VALUE FOR THE LONG RUN AND BUILD WEALTH FOR ALL INVESTORS SUPPORTING US SINCE THE BEGINNING (even speculators)

Let’s think guys, let’s be reasonable. No one is leaving the project. Once again if you don’t believe any more you are invited to leave, if you believe in us, keep holding and support us.
Team is new, fresh and the project will reborn.
These are difficult times, for sure, but after the rain comes the rainbow.

We need positivity not negativity.

Updates about the development:

📍White paper concluded.

📍New website in final stage (it is never perfect, we thought it was concluded, but some new ideas to improve even more came out in brainstorming) we think you will be impressed, it is for sure much better than the old one. UI and UX improved a lot.

📍Roadmap under final discussion to ensure this time is delivered (required tech experts calculations and back-up plans in case something doesn’t go according to plans).

📍Pitch deck under final review and correction now to showcase the project for 2023 investment rounds possibilities (some VC’s have been connecting recently, but it is still risky with current market conditions and project stage. We need to show more concrete things). Although they have an eye on us (honesty before selling dreams)

📍ARC exchange station under final tests, UI concluded, functional already, minor bugs found, being solved by devs (we are almost pointing guns to devs to hurry up 😅)

📍ARC bridge situation (currently looking to build fast 2 metaverses (which is not a big deal but we may have to hire specific freelancer for this as we don’t have people in team with the requirements) with the goal of creating a DEMO of the bridge being used. With that we strongly believe the rest will be delivered with sales power, because metaverse platforms will be able to see product working (it is like the difference between some new Elon Musk saying if you want to be the first buying an electric car he built without anything to show and showing a prototype of the electric car) Not selling dreams, explaining the strategy to achieve. May work, May not, but we are confident for 2023.

📍ARCVerse not being worked now. If we focused on one thing at each time more possibilities to deliver. We have to be honest on this.


Next steps till EOY (ensured):

📍We are preparing a teaser of this development (not showing everything, just small parts of some of this topics that we can already share) will be shared only here on telegram community. No communication strategy on Twitter and other socials remain till EOY.

Next steps till EOY (doing everything to happen, however not ensured) :

📍Get DEMO for Exchange Station & Bridge done (not releasing them but concluding them. The release will come strategically ofc).

📍Conclude Roadmap, however will only be released alongside the new website (roadmap May look like a simple thing to do, and it is deliver it, it is not that simple. We want to be 100% sure we can deliver it before any official release)
