Some of my first plugins will be getting updated and some need some attention (isn't a promise) on how it works - results. I'm working on it.

Also, damn, the Steam API is a shit.

CutURL Plugin

• Added Bitly integration with OAuth token authentication
• Added selector in settings to choose shortener service
• Added option to send shortened links in monospace (inline code) style for easy tap-to-copy
• Improved multilingual support for all user messages
• Fixed UI dialog thread safety (runs on main thread)

Note: Tokens are required for Cutt.ly and Bitly services.

Btw, the latest version

Hey everyone

The CutURL plugin, our link shortener, just got an update. I’ve added support for several popular services, including clck.ru

Also, LastFM is now officially part of nowFy. Fun fact, I was working on a separate plugin for LastFM called LastFy, and now that name lives on in the form of new themes, available exclusively in Spotify Legacy mode.

There’s more coming to nowFy, but I need to clarify something. If you’re unable to pause or skip songs using the commands, that’s not a plugin issue. The truth is that Spotify requires a Premium subscription for those actions, and there’s no way around it.

More plugins will be updated soon, and some brand new ones are on the way. Stay tuned.

New themes, coming.

You’re probably wondering what Media Source means on Last.FM.

This feature almost didn’t exist, and honestly, I didn’t even think it would work when I first came up with the idea. But it did. Its purpose is to fetch the music data of what you're currently listening to. If we relied only on the Last.FM API (which, let’s be honest, isn’t great), album covers would be low quality and the data would sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete.

That’s where Media Source comes in. It acts as a helper, pulling in high-quality images, track info, and direct links from the service you’re actually using. For example, if you're using Spotify, just set the Media Source to Spotify and you're good to go.

I highly recommend getting your own Last.FM API key. It's super easy to get, just follow the guide.

Setting up Last.FM on nowFy is also very simple. All you need is your username and API key. There's a step-by-step guide available to help you with that.

One last tip: I strongly suggest using the Pano Scrobbler app instead of the official Last.FM app. It works much better. And for those not using Spotify Legacy, new themes are on the way! ;)

nowFy 1.0.3 – Update Available

English

The new version 1.0.3 introduces fresh themes for Spotify Legacy and Last.FM inspired by Discord’s look. It also adds useful features such as volume control (.vol), liking/unliking tracks (.like), queue management (.queue), toggling repeat and shuffle modes, and an experimental mix playlist creator (.mix). Last.FM integration now automatically checks your credentials using the .fm command and comes with various improvements.

To access all new functionalities, please update your Spotify permissions using the .update command and validate with .code.

В ней появились удобные функции: управление громкостью (.vol), лайк/дизлайк треков (.like), управление очередью (.queue), переключение режимов повторения и случайного воспроизведения, а также экспериментальный генератор плейлистов микс (.mix). Интеграция с Last.FM теперь автоматически проверяет учетные данные с помощью команды .fm и включает множество улучшений.

Для использования всех новых возможностей обновите права доступа Spotify через команду .update и подтвердите их с помощью .code.
