β€œSo many people live within unhappy circumstances and yet will not take the initiative to change their situation because they are conditioned to a life of security, conformity, and conservatism, all of which may appear to give one peace of mind, but in reality nothing is more damaging to the adventurous spirit within a man than a secure future. The very basic core of a man's living spirit is his passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun” - Christopher McCandless

"The more intimate you become with nature, the more you appreciate its beauty. It is a beauty that consists not only in sights and sounds but in an appreciation of... the whole thing. I do not know how to express it. What is significant is that when you live in the woods, rather than just visiting them, the beauty becomes a part of your life rather than something you just look at from the outside".

- Theodore John Kaczynski

”Our society tends to regard as a "sickness" any mode of thought or behavior that is inconvenient for the system, and this is plausible because when an individual doesn't fit into the system it causes pain to the individual as well as problems for the system. Thus the manipulation of an individual to adjust him to the system is seen as a "cure" for a "sickness" and therefore as good.” - Theodore J. Kaczynski, Industrial Society and Its Future

ZOOCHOSIS IN HUMANS

Zoochosis is a form of psychosis that develops in animals held captive in zoos. Most often, it manifests in what are called stereotypic behaviours, or stereotypies, which are often monotonous, obsessive, repetitive actions that serve no purpose.

This proves that we as a species have abandoned our natural ways of life, which in turn means we are infected by 'zoochosis'.. You can observe examples of 'zoochosis' and unnatural behaviors that serve no purpose in everyday life, like overconsumption of meaningless and temporary things, materialism, junkfood, et cetera.

We evolved in the wild where we could roam freely, interact socially, problem solve, and in general live a rich sensory life. Modern society which holds us captive, denies us all of this, and as a result, we suffer.

The modern techno-industrial society is not the utopia the technophile wants you to think it is. It is full of filth and pollution. But the technophile never gets to experience this because it is the third world who has to endure this nightmare while the technophile only gets lazier and richer. The technophile is so out of touch with reality and is so brain washed that anyone trying to challenge his way of life and beliefs needs to be deemed as immoral and inhumane so that the technophile never has to see what technology and the industrial society he loves so much actually causes.

Many deem the idea of a world without technology as cruel because disabled or unfit people would be left behind to die. Many would not live to see 70 and we would have to endure a life which is not only filled with comfort. But these people are stupid, they are lazy and they are scared. Why you may ask? It’s simple really, they know deep down that without technology serving their every need they would not be able to survive.

β€œA chorus of voices exhorts kids to study science. No one stops to ask whether it is inhumane to force adolescents to spend the bulk of their time studying subjects most of them hate. When skilled workers are put out of a job by technical advances and have to undergo β€œretraining,” no one asks whether it is humiliating for them to be pushed around in this way. It is simply taken for granted that everyone must bow to technical necessity, and for good reason: If human needs were put before technical necessity there would be economic problems, unemployment, shortages or worse. The concept of β€œmental health” in our society is defined largely by the extent to which an individual behaves in accord with the needs of the system and does so without showing signs of stress.” - Theodore John Kaczynski
