"By" means "identifying the entity performing an action"; in KJB, Jesus Christ created all things-John 1:3. Basically, in John 1:3, the modern versions like NKJV/CSB/ESV/NIV/NLT deny that Jesus Christ is the Creator and that he created all things by using the word "through". Meanwhile, the KJB (King James Bible) upholds the biblical doctrine that Jesus Christ is the Creator and that he created all things as per John 1:3 KJB.
