Note: another heresy that came up in the 1800s is called modernism. Modernism denies that Jesus is God, denies that Jesus rose from the dead, and denies that we have a perfect Bible in our own language to read. Modernists try to "reconstruct" the Text BUT all God's words / the real Biblical Text has always existed for us to read, Jesus is God the Son, and Jesus died and rose from the dead in power

Cyprian (200 or 210 AD - 258AD) quoted all of 1 John 2:23: "John too: "Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father; he that acknowledgeth the Son, hath both the Son and the Father." (Page 60 of "THE TREATISES OF CYPRIAN, AN EXHORTATION TO MARTYRDOM Addressed to Fortunatus" [Translation from Latin to English of Cyprian's "Treatises"): https://archive.org/details/writingscyprian00unkngoog/page/60/mode/2up
Cyprian's quotation of 1 John 2:23 matches with the KJB's words that quote 1 John 2:23: Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. (1 John 2:23
This is more evidence that 1 John 2:23 is biblical & should be in regular text, not italics, since Cyprian lived 150-200 years after the New Testament was completed and had access to direct copies (of the original New Testament), which contained all 1 John 2:23's words including the above underlined words.
1 John 2:23 is inspired Scripture!

210-256AD: Here is Cyprian's Latin quote of 1 John 2:23 where he quotes all of 1 John 2:23, including the 2nd part of 1 John 2:23 "item lohannes: qui negat filium neque patrem habet: qui confitetur filium et filium et patrem habet." Excellent picture showing the massive, important differences between John 3:16 KJB "only begotten Son" vs John 3:16 NIV's "one and only Son"+how NIV+many modern versions promotes heresies+multiple contradictions by changing "only begotten Son" to "one and only" Son. By removing "begotten" from John 3:16, NIV+ESV+NLT+NASB+modern versions remove reference to Jesus' deity (i.e. that Jesus is God the Son)+resurrection in John 3:16, turn+degrade Jesus down from the only begotten Son into a generic, watered down, average, powerless, non-special son,+remove fact of Jesus is the only begotten Son. Before commenting, read the whole picture.
Acts 13:33 KJB
God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee.
John 3:16 KJB
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

This Oxyrhynchos hymn cannot be a reference to Matthew 28:19 but is a reference to 1 John 5:7, because in Matthew 28:19 it says "and" ( ΞΊΞ±α½Ά ) two times between "of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit" but 1 John 5:7 has the word "and" (ΞΊΞ±α½Ά) only one time!
Also, Matthew 28:19 contains the words "and of".
But unlike Matthew 28:19, 1 John 5:7 and the hymn does not say the word phrase "and of" two seperate time but says "ΞΊΞ±α½Ά" / "And" one time.
That hymn has to be a reference to 1 John 5:7 with only the term "the Word" being used in place of "the Son". It does not match Matthew 28:19 as ΞΊΞ±α½Ά (And) is only in 1 John 5:7 once, right? While I know that the word "And" is in Matthew 28:19 twice
In addition, the word "of is in Matthew 28:19 two times" BUT 1 John 5:7 never says "of". The hymn, unlike Matthew 28:19's twice repeated word phrase of "and of", has the word "and" just like 1 John 5:7. The hymn has to a quote of 1 John 5:7. Truly all of God's words matter! This will be added to the pile of 1 John 5:7 evidence.
Matthew 28:19 KJB
[19] Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
1 John 5:7 KJB
[7] For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
The Oxyrhynchos hymn from the second half of the third century AD literally has very similar wording to and quotes 1 John 5:7 in a unique way, providing more evidence for the historical authenicity of 1 John 5:7 due ito it being quoted constantly in the early Christian church throughout and from the early 100s to 300ADS.
1 John 5:7 is inspired Scripture! The KJB preserves 1 John 5:7! Stick with the KJB!

Did you know ESV promotes Catholic infant baptism by omitting Acts 8:37?
Acts 8:36-38 KJB
...they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?
[37] And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
[38] And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him. β
Acts 8:36-38 ESV
...they came to some water, and the eunuch said, βSee, here is water! What prevents me from being baptized?"
[38]And he commanded the chariot to stop, and they both went down into the water, Philip and the eunuch, and he baptized him.β
In Acts 8:36-38, ESV removes the eunuch's salvation, causes people to believe nothing hinders them from water baptism, & omits people needing to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ first
But KJB shows you must believe on the risen Lord Jesus Christ BEFORE you are water-baptized

There is a connection between false teachers & modern versions as the modern versions (such as ESV, NIV, NASB, NLT, and all of the hundreds of modern versions) are constantly pushing works salvationism, denying eternal preservation of the Scriptures, twisting and removing Bible verses, and promoting many wicked, unbiblical heresies and errors. False teachers add heresies, make errors to make God look bad, and remove God's words in order to corrupt the Word of God. Paul warned us of false teachers like James White and of many corrupters like the wicked,-Bible perversion-pushing, Lockman Foundation and more.
