‘Prepare the way of the Lord,

Mark 1:1-3 quotes Isaiah 40:31 & Malachi 3:2. AMP lies by calling Malachi's prophecy of Malachi 3:2 as "the writings of...Isaiah" & removes a reference to Malachi by changing "prophets" to "Isaiah"!

The prophet Isaiah, not Malachi, wrote the prophecy of Isaiah 40:3.
[3] The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.

Malachi wrote the prophecy of Malachi 3:1:
[1] Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me:

[The Amplifed Version denies that biblical fact in Mark 1:1-3 by calling Mark 1:2's quotation of Malachi 3:1 as "[writings of the] prophet Isaiah".

Mark, in Mark 1:2, quotes Malachi 3:1.

1 John 5:7 is important since:
1) 1 John 5:7 is a direct reference to the Godhead/the Trinity.
2)   1 John 5:7 shows us that the Father, the Word [who is Jesus (John 1:1-2, 14, 17 KJB)], and the Holy Ghost bear record in Heaven
3) The words "these three are one" indicate that the Father is God, the Word (Jesus) is God, & the Holy Ghost is God.

By removing 1 John 5:7, the Amplified Version attacks and takes out the Trinity/Godhead and omits the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost.

Discard the Amplified Version/AMP; get, read, and believe the words of the KJB.

Discard the corrupt LSV (Legacy Standard Version, & get, read, and believe the words of the truthful KJB (King James Bible).
