By changing "repent ye" (KJB) to "change your life" (Message/MSG), the Message/MSG:

💥Turns repentance into unbiblical works based salvationism
💥And makes salvation dependent on us sinners and our work instead of our salvation being only dependent and only based on the work of the sinless Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ at the cross and His death and resurrection.

"Change your life" (MSG/the Message by Eugene Peterson) is a work that does not save us.

In John 3:15, RV 1885 takes out "should not perish" & adds "may" into John 3:15

💥By removing "should not perish" from John 3:15, RV 1885 denies whosoever believeth in Jesus should not perish at all (i.e. not go to the Lake of Fire [the second death] for eternity after the unbeliever's phsyical death, which is the first death - read Revelation 20:14-15 KJB and Matthew 10:28 KJB with John 3:15. Unsaved/unbelievers, not believers, perish in the Lake of Fire forever.

💥By changing "have eternal life (KJB) to "may...have eternal life" (RV 1885) & adding "may" into John 3:15, RV 1885 violates Deuternomy 4:2 & causes readers to doubt God gave them eternal life after they believed (Ephesians 4:13) & that they have eternal life (John 10:27-29).
Discard RV 1885; get KJB.

In 1 John 5:7, the RV 1885 removes 1 John 5:7's words, which the KJB keeps and starts with "For there are three that bear record in Heaven,..." and the RV 1885 deceivingly divides 1 John 5:6 into 2 parts/2 verses so that the reader cannot find or see the real, truthful and biblical words of 1 John 5:7:

1) Removes a direct reference to the Godhead.
2) Does not show us that the Father, the Word [who is Jesus (John 1:1-2, 14, 17 KJB)], and the Holy Ghost bear record in Heaven
3) Takes out the words "these three are one", thus omitting (and not indicating) the fact that the Father is God, the Word (Jesus) is God, & the Holy Ghost is God.

Unlike the corrupt RV 1885, the mighty KJB keeps 1 John 5:7 & always has the answers! Discard the RV 1885 & get, read, & believe the words of the KJB!
