Part 1: The pure Hebrew Masoretic Text Biblically Defended, and the Septuagint Demolished, with many Scriptures (in relation to the subject about and the book of the Old Testament itself):
Many Bible Verses Completely Demolish the Alexandrian Septuagint of Egypt and show that the Septuagint (from Egypt, a nation that was full of pagan and Gnostic heresies) is not trustworthy while Scriptures shows that the pure line of Hebrew Masoretic Text is superior and biblical:
1st point with verses – every single point and verse below is related to one verse or sets verse) God committed the Old Testament to the Old Testament Hebrews/Jews, specifically the Levities/tribe of Levi , who copied the Old testament all the [1] What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision? [2] Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God. (Romans 3:1-2 [if you doubt this, see Romans 3:3-4 where Paul confirms Romans 3:1-2])
2) The Scriptures clearly mention that God shewed his word and his statues (listed throughout Genesis to Deuteronomy) and judgments (covered and described in the whole Old Testament to Jacob/the nation of Israelites during the Old Testament’s times. The next verse, verse 20 mentions “he hath not dealt so with any other nation”, showing that the previous verse (verse 19) shows that only the nation of Israel was given both the word and statues of, and in, and for the Old Testament itself.
[19] He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel. [20] He hath not dealt so with any nation: and as for his judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye the Lord. (Psalm 147:19-20)
3) In the Old Testament times (Genesis to Malachi), the law was to be sought at the Levite priests’ mouth who had the law and kept knowledge
Malachi 2:4, 7 KJB
[4] And ye shall know that I have sent this commandment unto you, that my covenant might be with Levi, saith the LORD of hosts.
[7] For the priest's lips should keep knowledge, and they should seek the law at his mouth: for he is the messenger of the LORD of hosts.
4) According to God, who was talking to Moses, the book of the law was to be before the priests/Levities and the Hebrews' kings would have to write himself a copy from their book of the law, which was before the Levities:
Deuteronomy 17:18 KJB
And it shall be, when he sitteth upon the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write him a copy of this law in a book out of that which is before the priests the Levites: [who, as being Hebrews, were NEVER Greeks or Egyptians ethnically, see the next points ]
4) Moses set the law before the children of Israel, and Joshua wrote a copy of the law of Moses before only the children of Israel: And this is the law which Moses set before the children of Israel: (Deuteronomy 4:44) AND [30] Then Joshua built an altar unto the Lord God of Israel in mount Ebal, [31] As Moses the servant of the Lord commanded the children of Israel, as it is written in the book of the law of Moses, an altar of whole stones, over which no man hath lift up any iron: and they offered thereon burnt offerings unto the Lord, and sacrificed peace offerings. [32] And he wrote there upon the stones a copy of the law of Moses, which he wrote in the presence of the children of Israel. (Joshua 8:30, 32)
5) Moses passed down the Law to the Levities, not to Egyptians or Greeks: [And Moses wrote this law, and delivered it unto the priests the sons of Levi, which bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and unto all the elders of Israel. (Deuteronomy 31:9)
6 & 7 - The Levities were “from among” and “among” the children of Israel/Jacob; thus it biblically makes sense that Levities are Israelites/Hebrews:

Part 2: (6-7 continued) For the LORD had spoken unto Moses, saying, Only thou shalt not number the tribe of Levi, neither take the sum of them among the children of Israel:..And I, behold, I have taken the Levites from among the children of Israel instead of all the firstborn that openeth the matrix among the children of Israel: therefore the Levites shall be mine; (Numbers 1:48-49, 3:15). Points 8, 9, & 10 - As per the Old Testament, the Levites were from a man named Levi who was one of Jacob's sons (and Jacob's name was changed by God to the name Israel - thus the Levities are a tribe of Israelites/Hebrews as they are from the man Jacob/Israel, whose sons became a nation as per Psalm 147:19-20). Here are the verses in order on the whole topic of the Levities being descended from the man Jacob/Israel:
8) Genesis 35:9-10: [9] And God appeared unto Jacob again, when he came out of Padanaram, and blessed him. [10] And God said unto him, Thy name is Jacob: thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name: and he called his name Israel.
9) Levi was a son of Jacob/Israel: Exodus 1:1-2 [1] Now these are the names of the children of Israel, which came into Egypt; every man and his household came with Jacob. [2] Reuben, Simeon, Levi, and Judah,...
10) The sons of Levi were part of the children of Israel that were to be brought out of Egypt: Exodus 6... [13] And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, and gave them a charge unto the children of Israel, and unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt. [14] These be the heads of their fathers' houses: ... [16] And these are the names of the sons of Levi according to their generations; Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari: and the years of the life of Levi were an hundred thirty and seven years. [17] The sons of Gershon; Libni, and Shimi, according to their families. [18] And the sons of Kohath; Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel: and the years of the life of Kohath were an hundred thirty and three years. [19] And the sons of Merari; Mahali and Mushi: these are the families of Levi according to their generations. (Exodus 6:13-14 & 6:16-19)
11) Jesus himself affirmed and supported the Hebrews’ Masoretic Text of the Old Testament because only the Hebrew Masoretic Text, not the Septuagint, has the book divisions of the law of Moses, the prophets, and the Psalms, which Jesus referred to when repeating the word “in” 3 times when saying “in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms,”:
And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. (Luke 24:44).

12- Jesus mentions the jot and title which are only in the Hebrew alphabet and language, not in Egyptain or Greek. A jot is a small Hebrew, not Greek, letter; a title is a Hebrew character separating letters. Matthew 5:18 KJB For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
Luke 16:17 KJB And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail.

Part 3: Point 13) All about Egypt and Alexandria: Supposedly as per the Septuagint’s narrative, the supposed Septuagint's makers went to Egypt for help and assistance of Egypt’s Pharoah Ptolemy. This is unbiblical since God specifically warns against going back to and returning to Egypt multiple times as recorded in Scripture, and Egypt worshipped false gods:
Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they are many; and in horsemen, because they are very strong; but they look not unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the LORD! (Isaiah 31:1 KJB)
Woe to the rebellious children, saith the LORD, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin: That walk to go down into Egypt, and have not asked at my mouth; to strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, and to trust in the shadow of Egypt! (Isaiah 30:1-2 KJB)
But he shall not multiply horses to himself, nor cause the people to return to Egypt, to the end that he should multiply horses: forasmuch as the LORD hath said unto you, Ye shall henceforth return no more that way. (Deuternomy 17:16-17)
For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the LORD. (Exodus 12:12)
He shall break also the images of Beth-shemesh, that is in the land of Egypt; and the houses of the gods of the Egyptians shall he burn with fire. (Jeremiah 43:13).
And Egypt, after its 40 year exile caused by Babylon’s conquest of Egypt, became a base nation and will not exalt itself above the nations, which is certainly not helpful for those who promote the Septuagint because Egypt after its return from exile was a lower nation and not as powerful or smart:
Ezekiel 29:12-15, 19
[12] And I will make the land of Egypt desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities among the cities that are laid waste shall be desolate forty years: and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries. [13] Yet thus saith the Lord GOD; At the end of forty years will I gather the Egyptians from the people whither they were scattered: [14] nd I will bring again the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return into the land of Pathros, into the land of their habitation; and they shall be there a base kingdom. [15] It shall be the basest of the kingdoms; neither shall it exalt itself any more above the nations: for I will diminish them, that they shall no more rule over the nations. .. [19] Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will give the land of Egypt unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall take her multitude, and take her spoil, and take her prey; and it shall be the wages for his army.
And look at the false gods named Castor and Pollux that Alexandria of Egypt worshipped, even in Paul’s lifetime: “And after three months we departed in a ship of Alexandria, which had wintered in the isle, whose sign was Castor and Pollux.” (Acts 28:11).
Additionally, Egypt is the same as the place Sihor and was “a mart of nations” which includes worship of false gods/rampant idolatry:
And by great waters the seed of Sihor, the harvest of the river, is her revenue; and she is a mart of nations. (Isaiah 23:3).
And now what hast thou to do in the way of Egypt, to drink the waters of Sihor? or what hast thou to do in the way of Assyria, to drink the waters of the river? (Jeremiah 2:18)
But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils. (1 Corinthians 10:20)
Why would you want a translation or a book named the Septuagint which was made in devil-worshipping, pagan Egypt and Alexandria and that goes against God’s command to not go down to Egypt for help? Discard the Septuagint.

Part 4: The pure Hebrew Masoretic Text Biblically Defended, and the Septuagint Demolished, with many Scriptures 14) Also, Jesus, when talking to the Jews, affirms and confirms that the law and Hebrew Old Testament passed down from Moses to the Jews that lived when Jesus walked the earth and talked with thee Jews (John 7:15, 19). The Jews/Hebrews mentions “How knoweth this man letters” and yet the word “letters” shows that the Jews were thorough and scrupulous on their law so much that they would think to the very letters [one or more character of a word and its sound/part of a word]: [15] And the Jews marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned? [19] Did not Moses give you the law, and yet none of you keepeth the law? Why go ye about to kill me? (John 7:15-19 KJB)
15) During the morning that the Pharisees tempted Jesus, they mention to Jesus that “Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned”.,The Pharisees were alive over 1,400-1,500 years after Moses, and yet quoted parts of Deuteronomy 22:20-22 in John 8:3-6, over 1,400-1,500 years after Moses. How can the Pharisees and scribes quote parts of Deuteronomy 22:20-22, unless those scribes and Pharisees were descendants of Levities/scribes that copied the inspired writings of the law, Psalms, Prophets, and rest of the Old Testament during the times and years of Moses to the prophets to Of course, Jesus wrote on the ground and forgave the adulteress of her sin (see John 8:9-12).
John 8:3-6 KJB
[3] And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,
[4] They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.
[5] Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?
[6] This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.

Deuteronomy 8:20-22
[20] But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel:
[21] Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father's house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you.
[22] If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel.
[In this analysis, we simply are quoting, reading, and going through Scripture to see what it says. Nothing more and nothing less] 16) Moses saw his brethren being smitten, was a Hebrew, not a Greek or Alexandrian, and Jesus himself mentions that Moses wrote of him.: And it came to pass in those days, when Moses was grown, that he went out unto his brethren, and looked on their burdens: and he spied an Egyptian smiting an Hebrew, one of his brethren. (Exodus 2:11)
For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. (John 5:46)

Part 5: 17) Bonus points that support that Hebrew Masoretic Text: for those who claim that the Old Testament Hebrew and Old Testament Jew are two different groups, here is a direct verse that shows that the Old Testament Hebrews and Old Testament Jews are same group and originate from the same person as shown by the word phrases “being an Hebrew or an Hebrewess, “of them”, “of a Jew his brother” while speaking about the topic of them freeing servants in the same sentence in Jeremiah 34:9: That every man should let his manservant, and every man his maidservant, being an Hebrew or an Hebrewess, go free; that none should serve himself of them, to wit, of a Jew his brother.
18) And here is a direct verse showing that Hebrews are the same as the stock (children) of Israel (thus the Hebrews=Israelites in the Old Testament and at the time Jesus walked the earth):
[4]… If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more: [5] Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee;

19) According to Scripture, the Hebrew/Jews’ language/tongue existed in both the Old Testament and New Testament times as a written and verbally spoken language/times:
Old Testament on both people of Judah, who were Old Testament Jews, and an enemy of Judah speaking in Hebrew when talking against King Hezekiah (on that, see Isaiah 36:14-22 for more): [11] Then said Eliakim and Shebna and Joah unto Rabshakeh, Speak, I pray thee, unto thy servants in the Syrian language; for we understand it: and speak not to us in the Jews' language, in the ears of the people that are on the wall. … [13] Then Rabshakeh stood, and cried with a loud voice in the Jews' language, and said, Hear ye the words of the great king, the king of Assyria. (Isaiah 36:11,13)
Old Testament on the scribes of the Persian King Ahasuerus (Esther 8:9) recognizing and writing in Hebrew/Jews’ language: [7] Then the king Ahasuerus said unto Esther the queen and to Mordecai the Jew, Behold, I have given Esther the house of Haman, and him they have hanged upon the gallows, because he laid his hand upon the Jews. [8] Write ye also for the Jews, as it liketh you, in the king's name, and seal it with the king's ring: for the writing which is written in the king's name, and sealed with the king's ring, may no man reverse. [9] Then were the king's scribes called at that time in the third month, that is, the month Sivan, on the three and twentieth day thereof; and it was written according to all that Mordecai commanded unto the Jews, and to the lieutenants, and the deputies and rulers of the provinces which are from India unto Ethiopia, an hundred twenty and seven provinces, unto every province according to the writing thereof, and unto every people after their language, and to the Jews according to their writing, and according to their language.
New Testament on Paul giving his defense to the Jews and speaking in Hebrew while calling himself a Jew, proving that the Jews=the Hebrews: And when there was made a great silence, he spake unto them in the Hebrew tongue, saying,” (Acts 21:40 KJB)
Men, brethren, and fathers, hear ye my defence which I make now unto you.
(And when they heard that he spake in the Hebrew tongue to them, they kept the more silence: and he saith,)
I am verily a man which am a Jew, born in Tarsus, a city in Cilicia, yet brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, and taught according to the perfect manner of the law of the fathers, and was zealous toward God, as ye all are this day. (Acts 22:1-3 KJB).
Hebrew was still a spoken language in the New testament times at Jerusalem, as a pool’s name is called in and from the Hebrew tongue as Bethesda: Now there is at Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called in the Hebrew tongue Bethesda, having five porches. (John 5:2)

Part 6 of the Hebrew Masoretic Text Defended and the Septuagint Demolished with many Scriptures: Point 19 continued) New Testament on Revelation’s events mentions both the place Armageddon and the angel Apollyon as being called/named in Hebrew tongue:
And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon. (Revelation 16:16)
And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon. (Revelation 9:11)
Final point
20) The Jews were zealous towards God as per Acts 22:3 and did not object to Paul’s words in verse 3 on their zealousness and traditions, one of which included reading the Old Testament especially Moses’ words, despite that many of them not were not saved. This allows them to be qualified to be used by God to preserve and copy the Hebrew Masoretic Text for the same Old Testament.
For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day. (Acts 15:21)
[13] And not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished: [14] But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.[15] But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart. (2 Corinthians 3:13-15)
Galatians 1:14: And profited in the Jews' religion above many my equals in mine own nation, being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of my fathers.
I am verily a man which am a Jew, born in Tarsus, a city in Cilicia, yet brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, and taught according to the perfect manner of the law of the fathers, and was zealous toward God, as ye all are this day. (Acts 22:1-3 KJB).

Conclusion: According to the Scriptures, the Hebrew Masoretic Text, not the Alexandrian+Egyptian+Greek Septuagint, is the preserved, copied out Old Testament in Hebrew. In the Old Testament, the King James Bible fully translates from the Masoretic Text, while modern versions, according to their own prefaces (such as the ESV), admit to use the Septuagint, Latin Vulgate, and other corrupt sources. Thus, the KJB is God's preserved, inspired, translated Word in English.
