The SBC then cites Matthew 28:16-20, which does NOT mention "repent of sins" for salvation at all.

Besides a blatant rejection of Scripture, the Ruckmanite insanity of translation idolatry has numerous problems. To think that a translation is an improvement upon what it is translating is beyond stupid and illogical.

The glaring issue with such a blind belief is that the assertion of infallibility could be attributed to any translation.

👉🏻 One could literally say the NIV is advanced revelation with just as much authority and proof as one saying the KJV is advanced revelation. In fact, thinking that God’s Word could continue to be improved upon (a blasphemous belief of Ruckmanite retards) sets a precedent that any new translation could be the “REAL” latest and greatest “Word of God.” 👈🏻

Once a translation is hailed as superior to the original text, any translation errors can conveniently be dismissed as "further divine revelation." Consequently, no translation could ever be deemed incorrect. Moreover, the only "proof" that the translation was divinely given would be the proclamation of the person making such a claim.

This is precisely the situation with Ruckmanism, where Ruckman's followers cling to his every utterance with the blind devotion of cultists to their leaders.

The legitimacy of the KJV translation rests on the texts it was translated from and the aggregate skill of the translators.
