If you have a too strict self-image about what you should represent in life or feel an ineradicable compulsion to cling to certain certainties about how 'it' is, it can have an expanding effect to offer your physical eyes information that is not immediately recognizable.

For example, Esscher's optical illusions; images from Gestalt psychology that 'jump' as a result of your eye movements or three-dimensional images that you have to 'stare at' in order to enter that optical reality.
Also looking at artworks open up a different vision.

The desire for certainty (this is how I am) and truth (this is how it is) is usually based on fear of living with surrender.

All self-knowledge and truth is temporary; through your experiences, the details are constantly changing. So it seems to make more sense to say 'this is how I see me for now', 'as far as I can see now, this is how it is for me now'

I sense they are preparing a huge event (FF) in order to bring us back in fear and lower our frequency

They even attack us on a spiritual level. A lot of us are feeling exhausted, emotional, numb or even depressed. Some sense they are being attacked by dark energies during their sleep, through digital devices or even at home

But evil simply forgot that our light and frequency has been rising and rising.our light can destroy the darkness in a minute

We simply have to remember that:
*We decide what happens to us since we are living in a world of free will. All we have to do is say stop!
*only the smallest light can light up a room... realize what we are capable of 😇
