Shifting from 3D towards 5D

I'm sure we are going through some kind of shift and that:

a) The darkness is fighting hard in order to lower the global frequencies.
A few days ago i had the feeling i was under a massive spiritual attack...feeling better now... but energy goes up/down... but feeling exhausted and having weird dreams

b) The energy in our solar plexus is changing...
This chakra is related to themes like:
*power/powerless
*energy and ready for action/not being able to get motivated to anything (me and a lot others)
*joy/anger (some people are angry and/or are having arguments with others on a more intense level)
*ego....(for some the ego requires a lot of attention)

The solar plexus is located in our stomach and can also be seen as our energy divider... so i had no energy and motivation for the past weeks and now i experience some waves of nausea

So.. if you realize that we are shifting from 3D - 5D.... i have the feeling we are now battling the 4D realm (in between state)....
and as a coincidence our solar plexus is also our 4th chakra 😇
