Democrat city officials in Madison, Wisc. have allowed the Corey Ruiz BLM-Antifa autonomous zone to continue to grow and shut down traffic. Emergency services and local businesses have been impacted.

The extremists are testing how far they can push. So far, they've learned there are no limits. I hope we don't see shootings next, as we've experienced at all the other autonomous zones.

NEW: A career criminal is back behind bars in Charlotte after he allegedly killed a man -- less than two hours after being released on bond.

David Simpson allegedly shot two men, one fatally, right after posting a $10,000 bond on an unrelated charge of possession of a weapon by a prisoner.

He now faces multiple charges, including first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, and possession of a firearm by a felon.

WATCH: DEVASTATING WILDFIRES RIP THROUGH SPOKANE, WASHINGTON

Fast-moving wildfires tore through neighborhoods across north Spokane, leaving entire communities reduced to ash. The wind-driven Old Trails Fire, along with the Autumn Lane and Fairview fires, destroyed more than 700 homes, forced thousands of residents to evacuate, and continues to threaten thousands more structures as dangerous fire conditions persist.

An official said, “This fire behavior has been aggressive and unpredictable due to high winds and very dry fuels.”

Please keep the communities across Spokane in your thoughts and prayers, along with the first responders, as crews continue battling these fast-moving wildfires and the full extent of the destruction is still being assessed.🙏🏻
