💢 BACK-ROOM WEALTH MANAGER CONVERSATION ~ Getting Ready for the Kill.

Chase had a conference call with senior level reset staff @ 1:45 EST. 11.4.23

Jamie Dimon said, “This is a matter of National Security that we get this right.” They went over investment programs and post-settlement psychology as well as follow-up protocols.

He reminded staff that most of these clients have never had more than $10K liquid in an account, so “treat them like er and over again, getting simpler and simpler with each explanation.”

“They will be as infants”.  “Don’t assume they understand anything you’re saying. Be prepared to repeat the deal terms havock as to their settlement values, and they won’t be able to focus on your investment opportunities; that’s an opportunity for us.”

(The plan is to get as much out to us at the first sitting as possible and pre-schedule a second sit down where wealth managers can be much more aggressive about harvesting in larger sums of AUM. )

To bank employees: “You’ll be graded on how many follow-up meetings you’ve set because that’s where the real windfalls are.”  (Meaning, they know 95% of new foreign currency clients won’t be expecting to even redeem, and 99.9% won’t yet be ready to make a secondary investment decision.)

Dimon said: “Think of yourself like a ‘grief counselor’... who is breaking hard news to a loved one. You know their lives are going to radically change, and in a dramatic, fast and unexpected fashion. While they’re still trying to process the severity of the information they just got.... In real time.... So hold their hand. The reset is more like hearing about a horrible death than a happy wealth event. Handle everyone with kid gloves. Be more suggestive and persuasive in meeting #2. Watch your tone and pace of speech. Start slower than normal and get them in and out as quickly as you can.”
Dimon said, “White House told me they’re going directly into phones after what happened in Canada. This will move like lightning. It’s your time to shine, JPMC, go harpoon some whales!”

💢The reason I mention this is because of the heavy emphasis some intel providers have been putting on - not only going in early, before the actual RV happens in an official sense – but also highlighting the high percentage of interest one can expect when they choose to invest their funds into the banks.  We are seeing the big-name intel providers quote staggering rates such as anywhere from 13% to 18% interest when people commit to putting their liquid funds in the custody of the banks.
