Since FY 22-23, the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has spent between $AUD 150 - 160 million of taxpayer money & has produced NO REAL RESULTS other than scandal after scandal.
I had high hopes for the NACC, but it is abundantly clear that the NACC is Australia’s most expensive protection racket. They are actively concealing corruption, not exposing it!
Parliament will officially open on 22 July 2025! I plan to make a lot of noise in the coming months about the NACC!
As was the case with ASIC, there are a lot of concerned citizens with the lack of production from the NACC! Many people don’t have confidence in its leadership team.

“The whole organisation is a joke. They’re using ex LECC officers, their lawyers are terrible.
“I’m aware of three investigations, mine and two others I’ve come across in other work, and none of them are serious, I don’t think they’re confident in their ability to make orders at all, that’s the problem.
“They’re all about officials leaking. That’s in hunting down guys who dropped stories to papers.
“And I know from my experience, they spent more time investigating which journalists I’d spoken to about them than they spent on investigating the actual accusation.
“They were investigating whether AFP guys leaked a document to Janet Albrechsten despite me telling them repeatedly I leaked it!
“And I’m not a government official, I’ve been a consultant for 6 years, so it’s doubtful I was even under the jurisdiction. But it seems their entire strategy is to intimidate people the government doesn’t like.”

“The reason of my stance was not to have made any presumptions as to their conduct, but rather to maintain the integrity of the public office which that person has held whilst an investigation was completed.”

This week the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has been smashed over its report into “Operation Kingscliff” which related to a mid-level official rigging the recruitment process at the Department of Home Affairs to get a job for her sister & her sister’s partner.
Critics of the NACC inside Federal Parliament told me that this was “small fish”!
Last month I became aware that one federal senator wants to remove the current NACC Commissioner, Paul Brereton, pursuant to section 250 of the NACC Act.
To assist in this process, I have drafted a 14 page paper outlining why Brereton should be sacked. My paper is now done I have begun to circulate it among federal parliamentarians.
I have started to work the phones as well. It appears that the Greens & One Nation are a yes.
I am hoping to meet the Shadow Attorney-General soon where I can present my paper.
In 2022, I (with the help of others) was able to engineer 43 votes in the Australian Senate to establish the ASIC inquiry.
If I get a sniff that the Coalition is open to removing Brereton, then we could see major fireworks with a major vote in the 48th Parliament which is scheduled to open on 22 July 2025.
It is now 57 weeks with the Prime Minister & ASIC officials before the NACC. The NACC refuses to speak to me even though I know the case inside out.
I have lost complete confidence. The NACC is a tax payer funded protection racket for elite corruption.
Going after the NACC is my top priority for the next 3 - 6 months.
