I have been “DEBANKED” by a BIG 4 bank. This all went down on Friday last week!

The bank is calling around town alleging that I am running a ‘scam’ with a bank account that has only been opened for two weeks & only started receiving funds on Friday!🤷‍♂️🤔

The bank refuses to tell me anything but says their “investigation” is ongoing! They can’t tell when their investigation will conclude.

My bank said that the decision has already been made to shut down all of my accounts (even though their investigation has yet to conclude!!)

I am dumbfounded. I went to my local branch & asked them to call NSW Police… I am prepared to turn myself for a crime I didn’t know that I even committed! (My local branch laughed at me when I requested they call NSW Police)!

I have told my bank that I have a damning tape of another financial institution telling their customer to “never do business with me” based on what my bank told them!

I am now considering my legal options!

What is happening to me is UNBELIEVABLE! It has all the hallmarks of ASIC! This is how deep the corruption runs in this country!

I’ve been debanked by all 4 major banks because of what ASIC claimed I had done that wasn’t compliant. Never happened before in the finance industry until recently. Adam, I’m happy to help you form a team to hold these banks accountable. Because I can’t get any justice through ASIC, APRA or the ombudsman’s. It’s truly outrageous and out of control what they are doing to people.

It’s a long story but we got defrauded through crypto and instead of going after the fraudsters they launched an investigation into me and my company then used the banks to debank me and banned me from financial services for life.
