In May 2024, I referred Albanese & ASIC to the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) for rigging the investigation into ABC Bullion.
10.5 months later, the matter is still being considered.
Many Australians had high hopes for the NACC (including myself) but it has failed everyone.
Two weeks ago, prominent legal & public integrity experts attacked the NACC in The Australian newspaper as being a “waste of time & money.”
This past week, I sent a 32 page letter to the “NACC Inspector”. The inspector has special legal powers over the NACC & to her credit was able to get the Robodebt decision overturned.
After the election, I plan to take the fight to Parliament against the NACC for running a protection racket for Albanese & his mates.
I will be strongly pushing for the ability to testify at a special committee of Parliament.
ASIC’s corruption is very similar to the corruption of the NSW Police of 1995 which triggered the Wood Royal Commission.
The NACC is under enormous pressure to produce results. They have spent $AUD 140 million & can’t land a punch anywhere.
There are people in Parliament to work with on NACC issues. I will be heading to Canberra in probably late May.
But the bottom line is it is a ridiculous situation to be in when ASIC officials call their own workplace corrupt & yet the NACC can’t find it.
This is why Australia is a country in decline. The system is failing ordinary citizens.

2) a new law making it a criminal offence for public servants to use encrypted communication applications (WhatsApp & Signal) at work or for communicating work related material.

4) An inquiry into the Australian Senate itself. The rules of the senate need updating & they need to be enforced.
I am sick & tried of public servants & other witnesses lying to the Australian Senate which happens every week!
Senators are piss weak & are not focused on preserving standards & the institution itself.

I have been “DEBANKED” by a BIG 4 bank. This all went down on Friday last week!
The bank is calling around town alleging that I am running a ‘scam’ with a bank account that has only been opened for two weeks & only started receiving funds on Friday!🤷♂️🤔
The bank refuses to tell me anything but says their “investigation” is ongoing! They can’t tell when their investigation will conclude.
My bank said that the decision has already been made to shut down all of my accounts (even though their investigation has yet to conclude!!)
I am dumbfounded. I went to my local branch & asked them to call NSW Police… I am prepared to turn myself for a crime I didn’t know that I even committed! (My local branch laughed at me when I requested they call NSW Police)!
I have told my bank that I have a damning tape of another financial institution telling their customer to “never do business with me” based on what my bank told them!
I am now considering my legal options!
What is happening to me is UNBELIEVABLE! It has all the hallmarks of ASIC! This is how deep the corruption runs in this country!
