Regarding virus/trojan warnings:
These detections are false positives caused by how MT Manager (and similar tools) work. Here are the main reasons:

1. System-level operations → The app can access, modify, and repackage APK/Dex files. Security scanners flag this behavior because it’s also used by malware, even though here it’s intentional and safe.

2. Dynamic code loading → MT Manager uses Dex loading and reflection APIs. Many antivirus engines treat this as “suspicious” since malware sometimes hides its payload the same way.

3. Root / elevated access support → Any app that interacts with root permissions often gets flagged automatically.

4. Heuristic-based detection → Modern antivirus engines don’t only check signatures, they predict based on “behavior.” Tools like MT Manager fall into the “potentially risky” category even when they are clean.
