The reason why we broke up was because we didn't communicate as well. At the beginning of our relationship, we really match with each other. We shared everything and poured our thoughts out just to keep the conversation alive. Eventually, we made our relationship official, but it didn't last long. The difference before and after we started dating was very drastic. I don't know why, but once we were in a relationship, our communication just wasn'tas good anymore. Even when we felt jealous about things we usually used to openly talk about, we kept it to ourselves instead. More serious problems came up, we didn't communicate it properly. Instead, we would disappear and just let the issues fade away without really resolving anything. Until one day, we had a deeptalk and spoke seriously. We finally let out everything that had been weighing on our hearts and minds. And in the end, we realized that our relationship couldn't continue because we both failed to communicate properly.

The reason why we broke up wasn't because we didn't care, but because we didn't understand each other anymore. Before we started the relationship, and even at the beginning of it, we really understood each other's situations and moods. Whenever something didn't feel right, we would talk about it right away. But as time went by, we slowly lost that understanding. The curiosity about each other when something was wrong began to fade, and it felt like we no longer knew what was going. Beforehand, if one of us wasn't feel okay, we would immediately ask why and try to do something to make things better. But now... I don't know why it felt like we stopped caring about each other's feelings. Even though, in reality, it was because we no longer understood each other and just kept everything bottled up inside instead of addressing the problems that cames up.

The reason why we broke up was because we eventually realized that we were just using each other as an emotional rebound. In the past, we had both just gone through breakups with our previous partners for our own reasons. Then we came into each other's lives with the intention of simply keeping each other company, because, as you know, life after a breakup is never easy. At first, we just wanted to be there for one another. But over time, feelings slowly started to grow on their own. We both felt comfortable, and eventually, we decided to be in a relationship. We went through it like any normal couple would. But deep down, we were both still thinking about our exes. Behind all the sweetness we showed each other, our minds kept going back to the memories we had with them. Months passed, yet neither of us had truly moved on. In the end, honesty came through. We finally expressed everything that had been buried in our hearts. And we decided to break up, because we knew we couldn't continue the relationship while our minds were still filled with memories of our past.
