Katie Hobbs after her office allegedly failed to produce records related to the development, costs, and communications surrounding the state's "Know Your Rights" website, which advises Arizonans on interactions with ICE and other federal law enforcement agencies. The lawsuit seeks records supporting the administration's claims that federal agents violated Arizonans' rights, along with communications between the Governor's Office and several immigration advocacy organizations and activists involved in the website's development. The website was launched after Hobbs vetoed legislation that would have expanded cooperation between Arizona law enforcement and federal immigration authorities. Judicial Watch contends that taxpayers are entitled to know how public funds were used to develop the website and what evidence supports its claims about federal law enforcement, while noting it has also filed a separate lawsuit seeking records related to Hobbs's reported directive limiting state cooperation with federal immigration enforcement.

The Trump White House launched the Media Offenders website to publicly identify news outlets and journalists the administration says have published false, misleading, or biased reporting about the President and his administration. The site features a "Media Offender of the Week," a searchable "Hall of Shame," and leaderboards tracking outlets identified as repeat offenders. Each entry lists the disputed claim, the administration's response, supporting sources, and categories such as "Lie," "Conspiracy Theories," and "Left-Wing Lunacy." The administration says the website promotes transparency, holds the media accountable for inaccurate reporting, and provides the public with its responses to stories it believes misrepresent the facts.

This murderer will spend the rest of his life behind bars for his heinous acts of violence against public servants and their families.

HERO ALERT: A driver dressed as Spider-Man jumped out of his car to help a man in a wheelchair cross the street at a busy intersection in Jonesboro, Arkanasas, police said on social media.

"We were able to spot this little web of kindness on our intersection cameras. Thank you, sir, for helping this gentleman reach his destination safely," the Jonesboro Police Department said on Facebook.
