25th MARCH @ 1pm in MANCHESTER, 188 Oxford Road, M139PL.
Manchester University refused to assess John Christian's apolitical thesis (on CERN) after 5 years of studying for his PHD, because he expressed so-called "wrongthink".
We deserve a right to free speech, debate, and public discourse.
This is a callout for people to join us in support of John. Even if you are not a student.
We have put tonnes into this event and if you could please turn up to support that would be very much appreciated.

Right to Access the courts for members of the public.
Download pdf:
https://t.iss.one/A4Army/616
Any member of the public has the right to access any court hearing in the UK, with a few exceptions such as family courts, cases with children etc.
Getting through security at the front desk of a court building:
Do not say your name or give any details.
Do not say if you are going to any court case.
Do not say you are with anyone else.
Answer all questions with "Am I obliged to answer that?"
If they say yes, ask "Which law obliges me to answer it?"
If security further try to restrict your access to a court, read out the text in this pdf.

Warrington Council tax "court" report.
A friend attended Warrington combined court 15/03/2023 after receiving a "summons" from the council.
Scan of summons:
https://t.iss.one/A4Army/619
Security repeatedly tried to deny us entry. They got a clerk to check the case, said it didn't exist.
We used the "Right to access the courts for members of the public" one-page document, and eventually got 5 people inside.
See:
https://t.iss.one/A4Army/618
The court office desk on the ground floor said the council tax comes on a schedule, there is no record of the summons, there is no hearing for you. They said go upstairs and talk to the prosecutor.
Upstairs, he spoke to the "Prosecuting Officer", a council worker. She was in full robot mode, like talking to a machine.
She said the council issues the summons and the court authorizes it.
He said the court office has no record of the case / summons.
She was adamant that the record exists, and the court would have a record of it. He said, ok, come with me downstairs right now and we'll check together. She replied, oh no, sorry, I'm too busy to do that.
He said, what's the name of the person who authorized it? She didn't know, but the council would have a record of it.
She said if you are attending court, you have to email the council beforehand and put 'attendance requested' in the subject line.
He replied, what CPR rule requires me to contact the council before the hearing? She had no answer.
He said he had been sending emails as far back as 5th January about it.
She replied, I haven't seen or read any emails or paperwork about this.
He said all the emails have read receipts.
She said, we'll have to adjourn to 12th April, at which point I will have read all the correspondence.

Auditors denied entry to Warrington court building
At Warrington court on 15/03/2023, five people (one with a council tax summons and 4 auditors) attended.
Security asked the first person "what's your reason for entering today" and was told "any member of the public can enter any court case ... it's a public building". That person was let in, after a lengthy bag check.
The next person had the council tax summons. Security proceeded to grill him on it, checked the case with a clerk, said the case was not on the hearing list, and told him not to go in.
This continued until this document was produced, explaining that any member of the public can enter the courts, and he got through.
https://t.iss.one/A4Army/618
The three remaining auditors were also blocked and given various excuses:
β’ There's not not enough room.
β’ There are too many of you.
β’ Only McKenzie friends are allowed in.
β’ You are protestors.
β’ You are in the way.
β’ You are getting arsey.
In particular, one guy who was presumably head of security, immediately lit up when he heard council tax. He said "we're sick of this, it's been going on for 2 years now, not-stop, constant problems with council tax".
And then we could hear that everyone behind us coming in were also coming in for council tax.
The party of five remained calm and polite at all times.
The guard said, you're protesting and handing out leaflets. He was told there is no protest, and this is not a leaflet, it's explaining to you the law. He refused to look at it and threatened to call the police.
But eventually, after talking to multiple other security guards, the others were let in.
